## Who to call about a leak: ADI Leak Detection or Severn Trent

Leaks on public land in Birmingham, and on Severn Trent's side of the property boundary, should be reported to Severn Trent Water. Leaks inside a property, and on the owner's own supply pipe between the boundary and the building, are the property owner's responsibility to find and fix. That is the work ADI Leak Detection does.

## Prices and No Find No Fee

Starting prices: hot and cold plumbing leak detection from £595 plus VAT, water mains leak detection from £595 plus VAT, central heating leak detection from £595 plus VAT, roof and structural leak detection from £495 plus VAT and swimming pool leak detection from £1,190 plus VAT. Prices are fixed per service, per day, and quoted before the visit is booked. Every fee covers the engineer's time on site, all the detection equipment used and the written report with photographs and video. Repairs are quoted separately once the leak has been found.

No Find No Fee covers a single hot or cold plumbing leak, or a water mains leak of up to 30 metres, at one property, where the leak is losing at least 0.5 litres a minute. It does not cover central heating, swimming pool, or roof and structural investigations. Full details are at https://leakdetectionbirmingham.com/services-and-prices.md
