> Please stay away from this firm. The engineer arrived 3 hours late, frankly didn't know what he was doing, failed to find the leak and blamed the neighbours. Then he said there is no fault at my house. No report received either. Staff were rude and made up lies. Waste of  £600. PLEASE DON'T USE!!!!!!

> Worst company I have ever dealt with, the engineer failed to miss 3 leaks under the floor boards in the end my own plumber located the leaks and fixed them.  I paid nearly £600 pounds to them might as well used the money to mop up the leaks.  After numerous phone calls and emails not one response from this company very poor customer service. Be warned!

> Awful company to deal with.  Spoke with "Adrian" who was helpful, told me to call him back.  Then a most unpleasant switchboard woman would not allow me to speak with him again.  Avoid.

> Great receptionist that explained everything very clearly, friendly and informative inspector to find the issue, unfortunately the leak cannot be repaired as it is coming from the hot water cylinder.

> Great service, very pleased with the process from start to finish. Found my heating leak and repaired it on the same day.
